Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns on non-personalized boutique items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us with your order number.
Personalized Name Products
Because our name tees, wall prints, and necklaces are made to order specifically for each customer, personalized items are final sale. However, if there is any defect in printing, a packaging error, or damage during shipping, we will replace your item at no charge.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on non-personalized items, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size. We’ll expedite processing on exchange orders.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
